Background

Two decades in finance and operations

Kelly has spent two decades working in SaaS and technology finance. Her path started in audit at EY in Minneapolis and Melbourne, then moved through finance leadership roles at Fuze and sticky.io before she joined AudioEye as CFO in 2021. In that seat, she led financial reporting, SEC compliance, and investor relations, and helped move the company from a non-GAAP net loss to strong adjusted EBITDA profitability. She stepped into the CEO role in May 2026.

That background shows up in how she leads now: a habit of clear reporting, a preference for exceptions over noise, and a belief that a healthy business and a healthy product are the same conversation.
